Through October 31st, AT&T Wireless is offering a $200 credit toward the purchase of an iPhone when you trade in your old (still working) iPhone 5 or iPhone 5c. Receive a $300 credit when you trade in an iPhone 5s and a $100 credit when you trade in an iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S. New two-year agreement required.

You can get an additional $100 bill credit if you activate a new line of service with a smartphone on AT&T Next.

The 4.7" iPhone 6 (starting at $199) can be found right now in limited stores, but the 5.5" iPhone 6 Plus (starting at $299) is still backordered for weeks. The new phones feature A8 processors, 8MP cameras, NFC, barometer, global LTE and Apple Pay.
