100 Free MP3 Albums at Ben's Bargains

It's back! Windows App Store is offering 100 free MP3 albums when you download their Music Deals app for Windows 8 or Windows Phone. Includes artists like Of Monsters and Men, Mumford and Sons, Kanye West, John Lennon, Rolling Stones, Sublime, Jack Johnson, and U2 (without forcing you to download it).

If you don't already have it, the Kanye West / Jay-Z collaboration album Watch the Throne (pictured) is a great pick.

If you own a Nokia Lumia icon (929) as I do, you will not be able to get this app. Verizon chose not to upgrade this phone to 8.1...this app is only for 8.1 :-/

For Verizon users, the app says it needs a credit card to get the free albums, or use a Windows 8 PC.

Not bad, if anyone actually used Windows phones... The only reason some of us have one was because of the Lumia deal, and most of us only got that for our kids. Now that the Lumia won't work...

My Nokia 521 was just upgraded to Win 8.1 on T-mobile. The phone now works great, was ok before, now GREAT. Now I get 100 free albums. Well, I am not getting them all, some ****. Easy peasy download.

Wiin = only paying $40 for a smart phone and not $350 or more, getting a great phone, getting 100 free albums.
