I can't find the rebate address to send the rebate papers; you have to register first with receipt number? Seems catch22

^ Normally a person does have to make the purchase to qualify for the rebate. You just fill in the standard info plus purchase date and order # at which point it generates the mail in form with mailing address... nothing more complicated than any other rebate.

anymore, I am still waiting on a 2 rebates from last November.
Here is their statement regarding a rebate.
" Your Amex® Reward Card will be mailed within 5-7 weeks."
Screw an amex card, send me a CHECK
