no, my local costco charges .14.. and shipping often is where the big cost is... Snapfish has it 0.09/print, Winkflash had it for 0.06/print.. and Winkflash has 0.99 cent shipping all the time if you pay the regular price for the printing, which is 0.12/print all cheaper than this. NO DEAL.
