Do these things lose anything at 33 feet or more?
Yes, out of stock.

I'm sure they do lose some, but it depends on the wiring / connector material and geometry (surface cross sectional area of the wire).
If connecting to a powered pair of speakers, or an amplifier, or to a PC input, then the loss can be compensated for.
