America's favorite showroom, after which we buy online from someone else.
True, but a lot of that has to do with the sales staff. I routinely see them joking around in groups. And when you ask for advice, you get answers like it's "different".
The internet didn't force people to research online. Customers who received poor in-store service were given no option.
Best Buy always matches online prices on and everywhere. So it can be good to buy things there if there's a possibility of returning things or if you need something immediately. Looks like some pretty good deals on there.
If the price is close I always spend my money at Best Buy. Maybe someday will have showrooms but until they do I like to support a business that has a physical presence. HH Gregg just went belly up in Wisconsin and I couldn't be happier. Let Best Buy's commission free and very helpful salespeople live to see another decade.
I have had poor customer service there. Sort of like they don't care if you buy or not. Sometimes we need that old school, customer service touch to convince you it's a great product. Don't even let me get started on the geek squad!
Only a select few of their 4K TVs are on the sale. A lower model of what I am looking for is on sale ... close but I will have to wait until Black Friday or after Xmas.
