has no problem selling electrical items that are not UL listed and these do not specify that they are. If one malfunctions and burns your house down your insurance company will not pay.
Spend a little more and buy bulbs from a name manufacturer.
^ No, unless it's small and you have them in a flood light housing to direct all light downward, or just like the dimmer light restaurant ambience... 3 would be enough for that.

These are mood-lighting only bulbs. All 6 together give just enough lighting so your eyes don't get strained. They're good to look at, but the output is very dim. I'm sure it's okay in a cafe setting, but you may want a bit more light in your dining room.
