$120 Idk... I'd almost say pay a few buck more for a Vishera FX-6300 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) and start with a 95W part. While the performance between them is minimal while clock to clock Vishere pulls ahead that alone is not worth the price of admission. Although, if your plan is to OC, the Vishera will provided that little extra headroom, while improve on the power bill long term over the a Zambezi. While if you're just going to run this as is saving $40 is good, but I'd like to see this price lower... say another 10%.
