      Two things stand-out:
Only one 8Gb stick of just DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) ram, so you miss out on running dual-channel, useless you ante up for another $70 stick. However in a machine of this caliber 16Gb of that stuff is a waste. Next that Rosewill PSU is dated, not efficient, dual rail, while in reality not close to 500W. Also, the looms on that are going to be hard to hide in the case, so a modular is the way to go.

These parts work down to $348 after the $10 M-Line case rebate; but with that you get a better AsRock mobo, 2x4Gb sticks of DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000), and a Corsair 430W Modular. I liked the Eggviews on the Asus Burner vs. LG they’re priced the same. I say for $60 extra you're goning to get a great higher spec build. While just add a Zalman CNPS5X Performa CPU Cooler and OC it to pull-out that extra oomph lurking in it.

^ I'd go that route too. The PSU is junk, as are all that have 2 x 80mm fans. It's a Deer/Allied/Solytech/Apex/Foxconn bottom of barrel unit. They don't even rate it for over 40C environment yet at (looking at specs for their 400W version) 65% efficient it's going to be an oven inside.

I guess newegg offers combos like these to compete with combos Tiger Direct sells.

Unless you think a Toshiba with SATA 6.0Gb/s is better than a Seagate with SATA 3.0Gb/s

^ I'd just get an SSD then save my pennies for a 2TB to 3TB bulk storage drive.
