No returns and no warranty doesn't mean you can't return it if it's DOA, unless explicitly stated as such or other similar verbiage that essentially means "as is".

I went with the slim SNP90 because $8 was worth the gamble for me.
Works flawlessly, and is MUCH easier to transport in my laptop bag than the charger that came with my Acer. Definitely worth the $8 risk, IMO.
