      Not a bad deal, but nowadays 16GB is getting to be too small for personal use (if you're just using it as a utility, POS device etc it's fine). After formatting, you end up with 12.5GB free, and iOS updates will need at least 4-5GB free for major updates if you're not using a computer to do the install. In this post-PC world many people do without a PC / Mac entirely and just use a tablet, and "16GB" won't cut it on a tablet unless it has a SD card slot as well.

      Completely agree with short on space. Moving pics periodically to pc/mac and keep necessary apps only will be required.

      I agree. I bought this at last year's Black Friday sale. I wish I had paid extra for a 32gb. Not much space left on it. But for $300 this is a good deal. If you want to stream movies on it, I suggest a SanDisk Connect 32GB Wireless Flash drive for extra storage.
