Not true. I really hope the person above didn't buy based off that info :-/

The "Smart Cover" is compatible with both. The Smart Case mentioned in the listing is only compatible with the iPad Air 1. The Smart Cover for iPad Air 2 is a different part number, size, different cutouts (lock button) available on Apple's site.

Only out of stock online. Just ordered and picked one up at my local store. Most stores around me still show quantity 1 available for pickup.
