    Sprint has to be one of the worst companies in America. It doesn't help they have to VVhore out their pathetic coverage to every discount carrier around which just bogs down their limited disgrace of a network even more. Don't make the mistake I made 2 years ago and sign up for an overpriced and very frustrating contract.

    If you do, be ready to ask for one of their AIRAVE wifi boosters that bogs down your internet at home (http://now.sprint.com/airave/?ECID=vanity:airaveaccesspoint) just so you can get some semblence of a signal after they lie to you about the great coverage in your area.

    Suck it Sprint!

    The 5c doesn't come in gold. That's the 5s

    @sabrosa33,
    you do know that sprint gives you a full month to try their service and if you don't like it then you can opt out of the contract. i was with sprint for 2 years (been off them for a year now) and although i didn't like that they changed my discount in the middle of the contract to only apply to the first line, not additional lines. i contacted them and they credited my account the difference it would have cost me for the remainder of the contract. this was after i told them that since they changed the billing then my 2 year contract should be void (haha they didn't like that too much). after the contract was up i ported out to virgin mobile and was happy with the service (still sprint) until the local college took down a tower they had on their property and my service went to crap at my house. now i'm back with verizon paying out my doughnut for service....
    if you really really hate sprint then simply switch your phone to "roaming only" and they will promptly kick you off the service and you should't have to pay an early termination fee since they closed the account.

    It really surprised me that the new 5c feels "cheap". I walked into my ATT store and took a look at the new 5s and 5c. The 5c had a real plastic-y feel to it. Very similar to some of those throwaway phones.

    Could it be that it is plastic?
