Walmart has the previous generation Apple TV 8GB (Spring 2012, MD199LL/A) for $49 with same-day in-store pickup or $5 shipping to home. Lowest price for a brand-new unit sans rebate that we've seen.

It may not have the fancy new tvOS, but the Apple TV 3 still works pretty well as a basic streaming box.

At it has digital optical out which the new one lacks if your mostly streaming music to a stereo.
