Didn't work for me. Let me place one in the cart (in stock), accepted promo code for $8.99 w/ free shipping. Keyed in all my information, then it said "Back ordered" and would not let me check out. Tried twice. Called Cabela's and they said there was a $15 order minimum. Didn't see that posted anywhere. Confused.
Everything worked fine until checkout...gave message that two of the items had to be ordered to qualify for that price on "backordered" items. Waste of time and deceptive in my book.
I could understand that we "waited too long" IF the item sold out, but that's not the case. The problem I have is with Cabelas.com. They said it was "in stock" and let me put it in my cart, then happily accepted all my personal information before telling me it was back ordered. NO - if it's out of stock, say it's out of stock BEFORE making me give my personal information. Second, they were still accepting orders (even though it's back ordered), but it forced you to buy two. Why that policy? This was the first time I tried ordering from Cabela's. Very bad first impression.
So they are $8.99 each, and you have to order 2 since they are backordered??? I added a second pair to my cart in a smaller size for the girlfriend, and now it wants me to order 4??? They want you to order 2 of the same size since they are backordered. No thanks, cancelled. Now they have my email address and phone number. How many times will they sell that info, or annoy me to death with unsolicited emails? Irritating... Now I get to waste more time unsubscribing from the emails they will send.

Only general complaint is they run small so order a size up.
