You can buy this at Harbor Freight Tools anytime for $9.79-20%=$7.83. So, $15 is an exceptionally bad price rather than a bargain.

Or just avoid the buttermetal off-brand bits entirely... Even a low bar brand like Black & Decker is better.

^ 100 of the right bits for $15 isn't a bad deal, but at other times there have been better deals... again depending on what bits you need.
