I don't see free shipping. You have to either have shoprunner or be a premier member at $50/year

Looks like you can select Super Eggsaver shipping for free, but it doesn't default to that.

If this has a pin-mount for U Intel types, avoid. Effing PITA to install; and, remount, if upgrading w/o removing the M/B, more work even if U have removable panels on your case.

^ If by pin mounts you mean screws that screw into a back plate, I'd much rather have it set up like that because the standard Intel style plastic push pins that only go through the board tend to break eventually when the heatsink is a large(r) heatpipe style like this.

The system need not be moved either, one day they'll just snap due to the spring tension and if you are lucky they don't all go out at once so you have a falling hunk of metal that takes out a video or other card below, or shorts out the motherboard.

However, this heatsink does have screws and a back plate so you do need access to the back of the motherboard. I don't consider it an upgrade heatsink, rather one you install originally during a new build, that stays on for the life of the system since it uses a standard 120mm fan so even if the fan fails you can take it out of the bracket and install a new fan without removing the heatsink.
