Sears has the Craftsman Evolv 5263 18.0 Volt Cordless Drill/Driver for $30 with free in-store pickup. Shipping option is $9. Normally $50. Features high torque and high speed settings and includes 18V NiCad battery and charger.
Yeah, I bought a low end Harbor Freight 18V drill on a lark once... it's maybe good as a screwdriver if your screws are fairly loose but otherwise feels and performs like a toy that merely looks like a drill. While amazing that they can sell them so cheap, I'd gladly take this or a Black & Decker over a HF special.
Are you sure the purchase was on a lark an not on a whim Big Dave? If you did buy it on a lark, who was your larking target audience and how did the drill lark go over?
Similar drills are $17 on sale at Harbor Freight.
Craftman is way better quality though...

for a lark and on a lark
for a joke; as something done for fun. For a lark, I wore a clown's wig to school. On a lark, I skipped school and drove to the beach.
