For $70 you'll get very decent surround sound. I have a predecessor model, the one where the satellites look like conventional boxes, not like a fisheye HAL9000.
The tweeters really work, and you need to replace the surround wires with something a bit more substantial. I have a 2/2 setup in my workspace and have balanced the output for my room with pink noise, a calibrated mic, and TrueRTA, a sophisticated spectrum analyzer. Sounds great, though bass falls off a cliff at 40Hz.
