It doesn't say which version it is. The phone is well known to be plagued with WiFi crashing issues. Not worth $75.

Has anybody ever made a good Windows phone? I'm actually not trying to be a troll. I'm just curious. I haven't even considered a Win phone since the Windows CE phone I had 7 years ago. It was crappy in many ways but it also had potential. It came with a real file system, didn't have a walled garden, and you could actually do on-device development. Basically, it was Android, except that it was also super slow and chugged on battery.

Today's Nokia win phones look interesting, but I'm just too content with Android to switch.

Yes. I have been using WP since 2011. I would not suggest this Dell device. Microsoft or developers really don't support much for that platform anymore (WP7.)
Though I do use the big three OS's as an occupational hazard, Windows Phone is my favorite for my own reasons.

I just really like the delivery of everything I use it for which is mostly email, calendar and photos. Its incredibly stable and most of all seeing lots of improvements to make it catch up to the others. The old argument used to be regarding lack of apps, but that is quickly diminishing.
Other than its quite boring compared with Android, but very stable.

Android to me is like the equivalent of Windowsbaconack in the day. You can slice and dice just about everything and anyone can build a device around the OS and skin it or put crap ware on it.

I think for folks looking for something powerful but simple to use, WP phones are a great option. But for folks that want the most value for the dollar, they will go with a super Android device that as all the bells and whistles. Then the rest of the people that don't like Android simply follow the sheeple with iOS.

It is much different than Win CE....I have a Lumia 520 been running great since Nov. of last year, only paid $50 for it. You can get them for $55 all day long on Amazon...very decent device to play with, also makes a great offline MP3 player, and you can download maps offline so you can use it as a portable GPS as well (I prefer Nokia maps over any other mapping software)
