Looked up the brand on Overall, fairly good reviews with clear downside: lack of longevity. Pretty good burners for money but won't last long. They only 1 year warranty as opposed to many other burner manufacturers who offer 5 to 10 years of warranty eg. Kitchen Aid brand from costco which is almost 5 times as expensive. I'm skipping this one.
Just grabbed one. Not bad for the money and 6 burners. Go to at the end of summer and get replacement burner tubes for $5.00 on clearance like i did for my last grill.

what type of grill/grates does it have? porcelain, steel?
I have a dynaglo and I love it. The name seemed kinda cheesey but it's a quality grill. Mine is the 2 burner and the burners are really easy to replace. I paid $299 a couple years ago. Still going strong after being in uncovered seeing all the elements (rain, snow) for that period of time.
I purchased a Sears Kenmore Quantum grill for about this price close to 10 years ago. For the first 7 years or so I kept a cover on it which eventually needed replaced a couple of times. Then, I got lazy and left the last cover off for whatever reason. Of course, the burners got corroded and when I went to Searsparts.com they didn't have the original replacement burners but did have universal burners which fit. Boy was I surprised when those arrived......each burner was forged from cast iron (unlike the original aluminum?/steel burners) and they have lasted ever since. Now the grill itself is some kind of heavy gauge cast aluminum and should last until the legs finally go (they are finally starting to disintegrate at the bottom). Bottom line, I'm not a usual Sears customer but dammit if they don't make one hell of a grill. Oh, and the grill grate itself has lasted all these years and also is extremely solid. I'll be buying another Kenmore grill when the times finally comes.
I bought one and was lucky enough to ask for the floor model...which the store manager gave a 15% discount on.....$170 for the unit plus tax.
I cooked my first meal (beef and chicken fajitas) and was blown away by the perfect cooking temps.
I am super satisfied and and so dammed glad my fight for a real performer of a grill is over.
Off topic:
never ceases to amaze me how I lock my bike with heavy gauge cables on random places and it gets stolen.... and Home Depot with ONE flimsy cable locking rows of BBQ grills is untouchable!
I can't trust Home Depot for grills. I bought the TRU-Infrared from Char-broil there several years ago and it rusted out completely within the first year. Parts were very expensive and poorly designed. Paint peeled onto the food. The IR wells corroded out from water that dripped into it because of a poorly designed drip edge on the back. Depot was worthless in assisting me and the manufacturer was worse. Never again from Depot.
I have always felt that the grill that cooks the best is the one that has the greatest distance from the heating surface to the grate surface. That seems to minimize the effect of flareups and has less hot spots because the heat can expand out more.
To me, Weber has the "flavorizer bars" the furthest from the grates.
Any opinions?

What is a merchant supposed to do after the return period has expired? I wouldn't expect any other to do better so IMO, you should be placing your mistrust on Char-broil not HD.
Granted, Sears is better than most merchants for supplying (selling) misc. parts for their products, but you might not fare any better buying the same make and model Char-broil from them.
