I had one of these and it is nothing special, it does not live up to Dysons reputation. In this case I feel you are only paying for a name, not a great vacuum.

PS it also broke quick, total loss

I own one that is red. Not sure if red, yellow and blue are different. The Blue I keep seeing is the pet hair version.
I have a dog, and it sheds carpets. The thing works fine if you are diligent about cleaning it out. And when I mean clean it, you need to EMPTY it when it is half full. Also blow out the filter. I personally keep a can of compressed air, or use the air compressor in the garage and blow it out once a month.
...Just like my roomba, if you think it is a full size vacuum with a bag, you're a fool. It is great for smaller places, and for people that are not blithering slobs and live like meth head trash.
It does take some extra work to clean it well monthly, but so does cleaning your bong.
So stop being a bacon and work a little for your self.
....unless you are for healthcare others pay for and on the obama tit. Then by all means die in a fire, because you are the problem.

I have to say this hand held vacuum is by far the WORST hand held vacuum I've ever owned and here's the reason. When vacuuming, the exhaust vents from the sides are so powerful that it blows the dust everywhere before you even get to vacuum it up. Piss Poor design if you ask me. The exhaust should come straight out from the back and not from the sides.

Get a Makita BCL180W. Yes you can run the oversized LXT tool batteries with this and run it for right about a 1/2 an hour.
