Too few (5) reviews to draw a conclusion and one of the reviewers doesn't seem to even own the product. However they do look like they are meant for light duty, small branches not the biggest or hardest thing you can fit in the blade hook, more of a substitute for a standard hand pruner for those who don't have strong hands.
I just bought these last week for $20. They are decent. No complaints. My used the neck out of them and loved them. She is very weak and she did just fine. If I'm not mistaken, they came with a lifetime warranty. CNt go wrong with that. $10=deal!
