I think they are the same but Dave is the expert about retail LED flashlight forensics... I will say that I'm using a 14500 1200mAh 3.6v cell in one of these and the thing is amazingly bright...

Same light, in this case whichever you order from it will probably be packed by the same person in the same warehouse, though some Chinese AND American merchants are now wising up to the fact that (especially right now near the Chinese New Year shipping lag) customers don't want to wait 3+ weeks for an item so some are now maintaining stock in a US warehouse... usually charging a little more for that of course, postage alone from an US warehouse to an US address is higher than from Hong Kong to an US address... which makes perfect sense.
Here's where I'd buy it IF they had stock right now which they don't, as people report receiving in-stock orders in about 1 business week from DX US warehouse

This may also be the only place I've ever seen this flashlight near an accurate rating at 120 lumens.
