The main issue pointed out in this report is our inactivity fee, which has been terminated for new users. It's discussed more though in our blog in the post entitled "We're Listening" where we announced policy updates in direct response to user feedback.

This is a slightly different hotspot than we offered when we first launched. Unlike the other devices that are 4G only capable, this works on Sprint's nationwide 4G/3G network so it doesn't have the same limitations of 4G WiMAX. We work to offer completely free internet service to everyone. Nonetheless, thanks for giving FreedomPop a try even if it was for a short time. If you have any other questions or require any assistance, please don't hesitate to email us.

This is a wireless hotspot that will be able to get up to 8 devices online simultaneously. We offer a completely free internet service plan that includes 500MBs of 4G only data. if you want to get 3G access that is capable with this device, there is a slight cost. Our lowest plan is 4G/3G 500MB for 3.99/mo. The Overdrive Pro works on Sprint's Nationwide 4G/3G network.

What happens when the 2GB of data is used and there is still month left? Do you pay again for another 2GB? Or is it dead until the 30 days is up?

Each device has to be registered to a unique email address for data tracking purposes, but all the information like shipping and credit card info can be the same. It's great because you can link these accounts up through Freedom Friends and earn more additional data that will renew each month

There's a few options. You can upgrade to a larger plan or continue on our pay as you to system. You can also earn additional data for free by adding Freedom Friends or completing simple actions like downloading the FreedomPop App for your iPhone or Android

FP;s freemium model works, I have their device and completely happy for their service. The best thing, they signed up on Bensbargains and tries to explain everything, how many company do YOU see on Ben's site? BRAVO, guys.

One more plus, they're in CA not in politicians.

Never give up, then they win... there will always be critics of anything good and bad.

I am thinking about a purchase, I am constantly going to my mom's to help with things family oriented. She does not have internet and I hate to have to spend extra $$$ to use my android smartphone as a hot spot. [Verizon based]. I have only one question, there seems to be a $3.99 option to roll over my unused data. Can you please clarify what you get for $3.99 charge?

I've been very pleasantly surprised with the service (internet) and with the customer service/support. Every single time I've ever called to let them know about a problem they have made it right (immediately) and then given me extra data to make up for it. f

The rollover is a nice option. For $3.99 you get to rollover any unused data (up to 500 megs) and you can accumulate up to 20 megs of rollever data.
