Don't get me wrong I like these 750 cards very nice for being "no 6-Pin upgrade" from a iGPU of the likes of the Intel HD510 on down. Although knowing back in January 2015 (16 mo's ago) this new and working a $20 Rebate got it for $80, today this price for a "90 Day ~ Refurb", that's not if any discount... sorry.

It's still a bit baffling why AMD never brought the R7250XE into the 300 Series. This spec of the Cape Verde XT came in with a 860Mhz clock and didn't have a 6-Pin, basically the 7770 with 1GB DDR5 and 8% less clock. Here P-C offered a single-slot, half-height, but only in Japan. It's a card that in most way offered the same capable performer, and while not needing a 6-Pin it probably used 12% more power.

Sure AMD didn't want to displace sales away from their APU's, but still they should've at least launched it just to show how viable 2012's first small 28nm part was and is. I'm mean it's like 17% smaller die than GM107 and did pretty much the same with like 20% less transistors.

This isn't a TI version, think it does have a 6 pin power connector... at least the picture of the rear shows one soldered on.

^ Yea I wasn't thinking it was a Ti with 1059 Mhz Core/1137 Mhz Boost that not Ti clocks. Something's amiss on this the P/N; here it is GV-N750OC-1GI, while the link at Egg a GV-N750OC-2GI. And correct it is a 6-pin odd that a 750 would have that.

Now given it moved to the use of a 6-Pin, there are new cards with not a big rebate that are worth looking at. The Sapphire Nitro R7 360 2Gb is $80 -AR$15, $4 shipping.
