Assuming you get all the rebates/discounts, and the refurb quality is good, then this is a great tablet at this price point. These were $200 last holiday season and one of the highest rated tablets at the time of release.

This one and the Asus ME173X are excellent devices at this price.

It shows as a "$50 Visa Prepaid Card" so now I'm wondering if it's just a Newegg gift card? But...then why would Visa be involved? Hell I dunno.

^ Rebate states "is accepted everywhere that Visa debt cards are accepted", so it is a standard Visa debit card that may happen to have the name Newegg printed on the front for promotional purposes.

Rebate also states you can't withdraw cash with it and there is an expiration date, but it's hardly difficult to burn through a rebate level quantity of money with a Visa card in a few days rather than months.

I owned on of these, it's faster than most of the other tablets out there, it came with KitKat (Android 4.4), the only draw back is you can't copy from and to the USB drive, you have to get an OTG cable and Nexus Media app in order to do that, Nexus media cost around $3.99 and the OTG cable around $3, also make sure your USB drive is formatted with FAT32 Smile
