Might be an interesting option for vehicle use if you find those little headrest integrated screens too small, thought that's one case where a touchscreen might actually be desirable to me.
I have to disagree with you dave_c.
To have a 14" screen in the back a headrest would be blinding, and would light up the whole inside of the car into a light show at night driving.
I would think that it would be more practical to have a lesser android device and then share the video via bluetooth or a wifi. I know that Samsung have something called "Allshare" that would do what you are suggesting without the wires.
^ If it's dark outside, and with a larger screen, you'd be able to turn the brightness down so it wasn't blinding, then it would be about the same difference as a little smaller screen and if you find either problematic then you simply wouldn't use it at night.
No reason to share it wirelessly within the small confines of a vehicle where it's essentially a permanent installation, unless you mean everyone is burdened with bringing their own tablet along with them which is the opposite of a vehicle entertainment system, is something anyone can already do on their own.

Thank you!
