Spec's look good but according to user reviews there some sort "Floating Home button" software issue when there's a low signal and since HTC no longer supports this phone it will never be fixed OTA but it appears you can load a custom Rom with 4.3 Jellybean if your tech savvy.

^ agreed with specs been looking good for it price but $180 with bugs? NO. Miss step of installing custom ROM will end your phone to a BRICK and most of time custom ROM will have bug of it own too. Either way you're F*.

I'd go with a Sony Xperia Ion LT28i or an LG Optimus L9 instead.

I don't believe it's 4G LTE, from specs it looks like this is 3G phone.

Deal breakers for me are the lack of sd card storage and the non-removable battery.

No LTE radio. This is HSPA only.

Ben- correct, this is not LTE but still a great deal
Besides the CyanogenMod 4.3 ROM, the community of enthusiasts just released a stable, compiled from source, 4.2 update complete with HTC's Sense 5. Basically what HTC would have made if they'd had any respect for their consumers. It's amazing.
