Very low power supply and a weak graphics card. I would wait. Here is a chart that will tell you graphic card performance. The higher on the chart the better. You will want at least a 450w power supply would suggest 500w plus to to power a decent card.

Yea, not any gaming rig with a 7730, while Asus M5A78L-M LX Plus AM3+ 760G Micro ATX Mobo is date but gets the job done. Even if you spend $100 for the OEM Windows 8.1 64-Bit, I'd say you'd really be better off taking the $500 and look at some acceptable newer parts like...

      AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz FD6300WMHKBOX : N82E16819113286 - $10 Code = $110
      MSI Twin Frozr OC 7850 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 : N82E16814127663 - AR-$30 =$120
      MSI 970A-G43 ATX Motherboard : N82E16813130679 - $10 Code & Rebate $10 = $40
      Kingston HyperX Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) : N82E16820104360 = $65
      Rosewill Blackbone ATX Mid Tower : N82E16811147023 - $10 Code & Rebate $10 = $25
      XFX PRO550W PSU : N82E16817207013 -$10 Code & Rebate $25 = $26
      WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache HHD - OEM : N82E16822236339 - $10 Code = $60
      ASUS 24X DVD Burner Black SATA - Bulk - OEM : N82E16827135204 - $17

I find after rebates and codes including $5.50 shipping all that hardware totals $468; even with Windows 8.1 64-Bit that $568 and that's some sweet "better than" Entry Gaming machine.

You might run with the Bill Me Later deal that takes off $20, and then No interest for 6 months when paid in full. Though you can do it for the iBuy system.
