Hum, can't find and Efficiency or if Active PFC anywhere...
Considering you can get a Corsair CX430M 430W Modular, 80+ Bronze, Active PFC Power Supply for $30 -AR$20 w/FS I’d go that route.

While there's the Corsair CX 500W 80+ Bronze, Active PFC Power Supply for $30! Starts at $60 + $10 off w/ promo code EMCXRWX25 (ends 5/16) along with -AR$20 w/FS

    Lastly this New Arrival, Cooler Master's i500 500W 80+ Bronze, Active PFC is $30 -AR420 w/FS

It has an input voltage selector switch, therefore not APFC and efficiency probably in the 70's %.

All the ones you linked look better than the Kingwin, with the Cooler Master coming in 2nd to last. Cooler Masters seem to like to pop their caps after 3 years so I doubt I'll buy anything from them for a while.

The Corsair CX430M was $25 AR & a coupon code a week or two ago, I'd hold off on that one till it's under $30 again, or the non-modular CX430 under $25, making the CX500W today's winner. Wink

I don't recall if it was always the case, but watch the rebate timing on those as they specify only a 21 day window after purchase to postmark it, rather than the 30 days which is more common on other rebates these days.

If on the other hand you want something that lasts more than ~ 4 years continuous use, maybe then in the 400W range a PC P&C MKIII or Seasonic S12II at around $50 when on sale.

Yea, I only listed that C-M i500 as it's "supposedly" their new design... Might hold off also as i don;t find any reviews, heck can't even find Web-page at C-M that talks about the supposed new i500, so can't speak to it being better. How's that pass for marketing! Rolling Eyes

I've been waiting to grab another of those PC P&C 400W MKIII Modular on a deal. I got the last one for like $40 see them with an Egg code or something that gets it in that ballpark... P-M me.
