If you get a bad one, Logitech will not replace it. They will send you back to Meritline

True you get no Logitech warranty if buying refurbs from anyone but Logitech themselves... and then only 90 days.

However, if you get a bad one, people generally return it to the seller for immediate replacement or refund and only look to a manufacturer warranty after the seller return period is over.
