I own 3. (non-open box).. told parents about this last deal on the open box.
It arrived looking new, but the software inside was corrupt. After a nightmare
of trouble shooting they swapped it out for us. They had us SHIP back first
before getting the replacement. Whole process took about 3 weeks. The (replacement)
seems to be NEW.. and works perfect
I got an open box Logitech Squeezebox last year. The retail box it came in was in pretty rough shape but the Squeezebox itself was like new. I really love this thing & listen to it daily.
I bought this same openbox radio a few months ago. No complaints, looks new, works great. The only thing wrong was the printed documentation was missing, but can be found online.
