IDK $315 considering probably 2 hours of rebate paper submissions... for a basically complete tower build seems good. The i3 on a fairly nice B75 ATX mobo, although the one 4Gb stick of ram? That almost dictates spending another $50 -AR$20 (again) on a second matching stick, if you're thinking of doing this. The Thermaltake Versa II case nice while TR2 500W PSU isn't great and not Active PFC or efficent, but gives you PCI-E 6-pin & PCI-E 6+2 connectors. FANS creating lots of rebate work... check! It's that TRENDnet Gigabit PCI LAN adapter necessary? The mobo already has as Realtek’s 8111E PCI Express LAN 10/100/1000. I suppose it's not a big deal as at least it's not having you work a rebate to make the final price.

So, figure you're dropping $365 to build nice i3 tower, but what do you intend it for? As some home/general use system the way it finished is lavish, and if wanting some big box is what you're contemplating it's nice. If a home use was all I'm wanting there are ways to build as good if not better balanced M-ATX machine that is good on power and noise. Now thinking of slapping in a $120-180 discrete gaming card for a nice above entry gaming box... prefect. Although, now you've invested say $515 on everything. I just think for upward of $500 I'd rather have more control and choose parts individually. I'd think you could get nicer stuff working fewer rebates.
