Well it $300 if you don't want the V.me sign-up and that not bad.

These MSI Gaming series are nice with Twin Frozr IV cooling solution and it's five (4x 6mm /1x 8mm) heat-pipes, while air movement is supplied by two 100mm fans. They include a memory/power section thermal-plate cooler, while PCB's get upgraded components like solid capacitors, new ferrite chokes, and tantalum core Hi-C caps to provide stable and efficient currant delivery.

Factory OC is like 5% for 1098MHz base and 2.5% to the boost state which translate to 1150MHz; memory chip are Samsung (7Gbps) with a speed of 7010MHz (same as factory) or a bandwidth of 224.3 GB/s. Figure a card like this has 7-9% OC still left in it, while the Samsung memory some find there another 10% OC in respects. Those are not any much past the realm most early reference GTX770 offered in OC. Though this Gaming Series does run cooler so able to take advantage of GPU Boost 2.0 work from ta temperature limit instead of a power limit the Twin Frozr IV cooler allows for higher boost clocks more often.

For the $300 it's a good buy, however nice I see it as just basically a notch up from the reference, rather than being a true OC custom. I think a card like the Asus GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5 for $310 -AR$10; is a nicer buy (heck you probably can apply the V.me for -$20 also). I like the Gigabyte GV-N770OC-2GD WindForce as the better bet, and would rather wait for a rebate/deal on that. Right today they're $335 not even 12% on $300, at this level purchase it's worth consideration especially when you reflect on the warranty with MSI.
