The question is the effect of the corn syrup. Just like the oil, I get the drift that it depends on the amount of corn syrup consumed per day. But there may not be a consensus just how much of syrup affects sugar level.
The amount typically used with a cup of coffee is almost harmless, I guess. That's the confusing part. Corn syrup is not good, but you have to take a lot for that to take effect.
Go for it! have some mix of synthetic fat and synthetic sugar like substances with synthetic fillers; if synthetic motor oil is better for the car, this gotta be better for you! Plus it comes completely from genetically modified ingredients, like spiderman!
Seriously, do yourself a favor and get yourself some full milk or 1 or 2% or at least some real milk powder. Like bbsam said the amount you are taking with a cup of coffee is not much, so make it the real thing, at least it will taste good. This **** tastes like ****, it probably contributes to slowly poisoning you, and won't even save you calories from fat or sugar. Personally I go with heavy whipping cream, or full milk, the CEO of Netstle' can eat all his **** himself.
