Note: You're not getting four NIKON lenses here. Of the four total lens, one is a 2x teleconverter, which goes in between a regular lens and the camera - the description on doesn't confirm whether it is autofocus compatible or whether you end up with manual focussing and metering. The other lens is an adapter that fits on top of a regular lens. The two that are Nikon lenses are regular standard kit lens - nothing special.
So for me the description of "4 lens kit" is for me a bit misleading - only two of them can actually be used on their own. The other two look like cheapo converter lenses of limited value.
The camera though - the D7100, whilst older (came out 4 years ago) had great write ups. I've used the predecessor the D90 for a short time and the stills quality on that was good enough for me (although I liked my Pentax K7 better). Bearing in mind the D7200 has been out for 2 years, and the successor D7300 is considered imminent, you may want to see if any D7200 bargains are out there also.
