- Nikura 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive (NIUSB16GBK) for $10 shipped
- Nikura 8GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive (NIUSB8GBK) for $6 shipped
- Buy.com has the Dane-Elec 8GB zMate USB 2.0 Pen Drive (DA-ZMP-08G-CA-N4-R) for $5 with free shipping
you dont want one of these as it is most likely fake.
Beware, a lot of ppl complaining over at SD about the Nikura 32GB being fraud. Seems testing of received units has shown they are only 8GB disguised to be 32GB. Those who could cancelled their orders once the problem was discovered. Price was simply too good to be true. Plus its an off-brand. So it doesnt surprise me this could happen. Stick w/ better known brands, like Dane-Elec.
Just got mine and it is indeed a 32gb stick. I formatted it and am filling it up as we speak. Your luck may vary?
#3, run H2testw:

Well, well.a follow up.i plugged it in this morning and my PC will not even see it. I have 6 ports and it will not show up plugged into any of them. Geeze Louise.these just might be duds i guess:(
Mine showed up with a capacity of 33,537,671,168 bytes, close enough for me. I put a gig of stuff on it and that seems to have worked. Will download and run testing software next.
Mine shows 32G. But when I try to copy multiple files totaling over 8G, the copying process just hung forever. Try to reformat it, after it finish, Windows wants to format it again, because it couldn't recognize what it just formatted.
Try to contact Abe for a return/refund. Still no reply after a week. Filing a complain with Google Wallet first. If I don't get any result then, then chargeback with my credit card company.
From the "SD" deal site:
UPDATE: Called back to Abes of Maine because I didn't think it was right to have to pay return shipping when so many of these drives are defective. I spoke to another customer service representative (not Charles) who said they were well aware of the "bad batch" from China and would provide me a full refund without the need to pay to send the defective device back. The customer service rep said an email was sent to all Abes of Maine customer service employees to tell customers no need to send it back. I haven't received the refund yet, but I filed a dispute with paypal (which will be a claim if I don't get my money back). This is a waste of time and money for everyone involved. Hopefully Abes of Maine gets their money back from which ever Chinese vendor they purchased this crap from.
The media is likely to be defective.
