Not bad. I have a 2 year old version of this with Cyanogenmod installed. It still works great as a general purpose tablet. Letting my 11 year old use it now.
I have the same setup. Still works, either on the mod side or the Nook side. But I don't see spending $39 on this thing. $5 or $10 maybe. I liked the Nook product, It's a same it fizzled out the way it did.
Barnes and Noble finally realized they're not big enough to play the same game AMZN does with the Kindle, especially when people were buying this thing to hack it into a generally purpose tablet that could participate in other retail ecosystems. This thing was so easily hacked. It even boots straight from the mSD card, so you can run any alternative OS while preserving the stock ROM.
Ditto to the Cyanogen mod on mine. It's in my kitchen on the wall for time/weather/netflix/pandora. Works out great. Although, for some reason, youtube will not display videos anymore. :-(
