Hertz is offering one prepaid ($16/day) rental for $16 - $16 off with PC code 185301 and RQ code VSTPTE (enter on first page) = $0 + taxes and fees (varies but around $4 to $6). With same codes, a 2-day weekend rental of a $16 / day car ends up being between $15 to $18 after taxes and fees.

Do you need to present the $25 voucher this coupon represents in order to receive the $25 discount?

It is too good to be true. In the sense most major markets there is no $16 car.

The only use I can think of is to teach a teenager how to drive.

Hopefully they don't add on extra fees like most car rental places where the fees are more than the actual rental

From Hertz, probably something either you or your suitcase can fit in, not both Smile
In other companies like fox and thrifty, you can get a good size car.
    Hertz were always sooooo expensive.
