why isn't this considered a hotter deal? I see that it has been on sale for this price before, but I haven't seen many 60" TVs for less. I am looking for a similarly sized TV at the moment.
Probably because it's a plasma. A lot of people shy away from plasmas. LEDs seem to be the rave these days.
There are a lot of reports of this TV breaking down. Samsung has announced they are upgrading their plasmas for this year and they are already the highest rated so I would wait and see or else just get a D7000. Also Sharp has been discounting their 60-inch sets and they are bringing out a full-array 60-incher that might be a bargain.
