It's cardboard. For $38. And the cat is going to ignore it and sleep in the box the $38 cardboard lounge came in.

Surprisingly, incredibly sturdy cardboard though... like enough that I would think it was wood. A friend bought one for their cat and it can't get enough, doesn't care about the rest of its toys, and always lays there. I'd be inclined to think its got catnip in it or something.

If your can scratches a lot like mine does - your house will be trashed with cardboard pieces. Hard to clean.
