Walmart has the Presto GranPappy Elite Electric 6-Cup Deep Fryer for $15 with free site-to-store shipping or $5 shipping to home. Normally found for $35+ on the web. Anodized aluminum interior. Good user reviews.

Not that good, no basket and the lid is just snap on plastic for storage. Other in the price range have covers that filter in the lid to keep the smells out of the air and the oil on the walls when cooking. I got one from NewEgg for less with these features a couple of months ago.
