Why is a place called ToysNGamesEtc selling a tool to reconfigure meat. Kinda creepy.
I prefer to use my hands, I ain't stickin' my meat in this...
buy burger in bulk ...use a digital scale to weigh what would make the perfect burger...then crank them out and freeze....
Over the years I have bought several burger presses and this is the best. I weigh out 5 ounces of meat, which is about the perfect amount with the dimple thingy in place and they come out without falling apart. The dimple thing seems to keep them from shrinking as much as they normally would. After grilling, they are just the right diameter for a good size bun.
Works great, every Big Mac I put in comes out looking exactly the same.
