Do you use this with or without a box spring?

You can use it on top of a box spring if you don't want to replace your current bed frame. If you lose the box spring, you'll need to purchase a platform-type bed.

Source: I have one of these memory foam mattresses, tossed my box spring, & purchased a metal platform bed.

This bed would probably keep me very cozy at night. My current bed keeps me extremely cozy, but this one would most likely do the same.
