What a waste of time. Even though it takes both codes, it seems to insist on following pages to only allow 9.95 standard shipping which then does not appear to come off despite the 2nd code. This kills the deal can anyone confirm at what point the shipping costs are "supposed" to actually come off with that code? I'd rather not submit the order and have to fight to cancel it.
