I always got the rebate I check for it. There is a way to track it. Also the reply fast on rebate email system when you ask them a questions

Because they are thieves. I had many bad experiences with them from years back and will never get anything they offer a rebate on again. I am a rebate pro. If you follow up, they first lie and say they mailed it, but will re-mail in another 4-6 weeks. Then you may get it. So double your delay after you bug them is not worthwhile. Happened several times to me and GF at the time with sep mailing address - not a coincidence.

I have successfully redeemed hundreds of rebates over many years, including a Raidmax rebate many years ago, so I was surprised when I didn't receive this one. made good on it, though, and gave me a $20 GC (the amount of the rebate I submitted in Fall 2015.
I generally can't stand when people whine about rebates, since I think the majority of them can't follow simple directions. In this case, Raidmax's sketchy rebate site indicated that my rebate was valid, but never sent me the rebate.
I won't be purchasing any more Raidmax products involving rebates. The rebate on this deal is HUGE (75% of the purchase price) - I wouldn't risk it.
Sometimes I wonder whether people are just experiencing the prepaid cards being stolen whether it be in route or at your mail box. They might as well be mailing cash except those are a lot easier to identify in an unopened envelope.
