Is this a good deal?? It seems the price is same as couple of months ago.

Also saw Samsung 1 TB on sale for like $350 couple of days ago..

The 1TB was a steal. Although Samsung has claimed to have fixed the issue with this drive via Firmware, the results from owners are still mixed.
That Samsung 1TB that was on sale was a steal.

This is a good deal for this drive. If you want a reliable drive which will last through many many P/E cycles this should do it for you.
