Sooooo, how do you like it? Sound, picture, etc? Am also thinking of getting one
I bought this for my kids, and I think it's ok. I watched a 4k film on a USB drive, , and Youtube. The image is great, but it has blur on fast paced action like all 60 hz TVs. RTINGS gives it a favourable review for sub $1000 4Ks: http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/by-size/55-inch/best
The Vizio and Sony perform better, but costs at least $200 more. The difference between the 6290, and the 6300 that they reviewed is the remote control. The 6290 has a more basic remote, but you can download an app to your phone/tablet that gives you a smart remote.
