I bought one of these for my daughter. Pretty nice. It locked up but their technical support helped us fix it.

I bought this for the same price last Spring. Rockboxed and it works great. Never had a single problem with it.

I agree, awesome when Rockboxed. If it ever locks up, in either Rockbox or default firmware, hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to force it to power off.
